We believe in making your life a little simpler, and your gift-giving memorable...Gift Cards for spa packages (we'll help you create your own package if you don't see it on our menu), individual services or product gift baskets always make unique and much appreciated gifts! Gift Cards are available in any denomination (gratuities are not included) and are valid for 12 months. Cards are nonrefundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Unused balances may be credited to future service or home care products. |

Payment...
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and personal checks. A $25 charge will be billed for any returned checks. |

Cancellation Policy...
Please provide 24-hour notice of cancellation. When scheduling an appointment for spa services, a credit card or gift certificate number is required. Failure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% service charge. Failure to provide any notice will result in charging the full service price to your credit, or full redemption of gift certificate. |

Jolie Salon & Day Spa is a place of serenitt. To ensure our guests enjoy their service, we kindly request all children are supervised in our reception area. For their safety, children are not permitted in salon or spa areas. |

Our guests individual preferences are encouraged when determining gratuities. Gratuities are not included in our service prices or with your purchase of gift certificates. |
